❓ Why Roof of Kumaon?

Unlike commercial circuits, the Roof of Kumaon offers absolute isolation and high-altitude exploration. The Darma and Vyas Valleys have rich Indo-Tibetan trading histories, isolated tribal traditions, and unique mountain cultures that have thrived in the shadow of Adi Kailash and Om Parvat.

🚧 Driving Experience & Terrain

This expedition features high-altitude dirt tracks, narrow river gorges, and steep mountain passes like Chialekh. Navigating the rocky tracks of Darma Valley and Vyas Valley requires a high-clearance 4x4 vehicle and a confident driver experienced in mountain road driving.
