CRITICAL: All tourists visiting Hanle, Umling La, Nubra, and Pangong must obtain Ladakh Inner Line Permits (ILP). Foreign nationals require Protected Area Permits (PAP) and are restricted from visiting Hanle/Umling La under current security rules. Due to extreme altitudes exceeding 19,000ft, we maintain medical oxygen cylinders in backup trucks, and each rider must undergo oxygen saturation checks daily.
